Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Orders processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Processing: 1‑3 days (tea sets); 3‑7 days (wicker sofas).

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
Contiguous US only. Carriers:

  • Portable tea sets: USPS, UPS, FedEx

  • Wicker sofas: Freight carriers (LTL)

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Costs: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping on qualifying orders.

  • Times: Tea sets: 5‑10 days; Wicker sofas via freight: 7‑20 business days. Estimates, not guarantees.

4. Freight Delivery Process (Wicker Sofas)

  • Carrier will contact you to schedule a 4‑hour delivery window.

  • Standard delivery is curbside or threshold — driver will not bring inside.

  • Inspect before driver leaves — note any visible damage on delivery receipt.

5. White Glove Delivery
Available for wicker sofas at additional fee. Includes delivery to room of choice, unpacking, basic assembly, and packaging removal.

6. Packaging

  • Wicker sofas: Flat‑pack boxes with corner protectors, foam padding; permanent flammability label visible.

  • Portable tea sets: Boxed with protective padding; fragile ceramic/glass components wrapped.

7. Damage Claims

  • Visible damage: Noted on delivery receipt — contact us immediately.

  • Concealed damage: Contact us within 48 hours with photos of damage and packaging. Keep all packaging.

8. Order Changes
Cancel/modify within 24 hours. Orders shipped cannot be canceled.
