1. Products & Orders

• We sell home furnishings: wicker sofas (upholstered furniture) and portable tea sets.

• Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

• Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and natural material variations.

• We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

For Wicker Sofas (Flammability – 16 CFR 1640 Compliance):

• Follow assembly instructions carefully. Improper assembly can cause instability or injury.

• Place on level, stable surface.

• Do not exceed weight limits (typically 250‑600 lbs per seat).

• Keep away from open flames, candles, and heat sources.

• The permanent label “Complies with U.S. CPSC requirements for upholstered furniture flammability” is affixed – do not remove.

• Keep away from children – small parts during assembly may pose choking hazard.

For Portable Tea Sets (Food Contact Safety – FDA 21 CFR):

• Check for chips or cracks before use; discard if damaged.

• Not for oven or stovetop use unless specified.

• Follow care instructions for each material type.

• Keep small parts away from children – choking hazard.

For general‑use products (wicker sofas), we provide a General Certificate of Conformity (GCC) available upon request, certifying compliance with 16 CFR Part 1640, 16 CFR Part 1303, and CARB ATCM Phase 2.
